Refund policy

Returns:

If you wish to return an item please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the package.  Postage costs of returning items will be at your own expense, unless an item is faulty. Returned items must be unworn and in the original condition with swing tags attached.

If the unlikely event that an item is faulty please email us upon receiving the item at sales@woolsofwanaka.co.nz
