Processing your order.
If the goods you have ordered are in stock then we will package and dispatch them the day of order. If the goods are out of stock then we will order them from the New Zealand manufacturer. This usually takes no more than 4 days, any longer and we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date.
All orders shipped overseas from New Zealand are not subject to New Zealand’s 15% Goods and Service Tax. This will be removed at the checkout counter.

If you wish to return an item please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the package. Postage costs of returning items will be at your own expense, unless an item is faulty. Returned items must be unworn and in the original condition with swing tags attached.
