100% Merino Kettle dyed Pure Superwash Merino yarn from Peru in a fabulous array of colours.
Fibre: 100% Superwash Merino
Weight: Worsted / DK - knits up in either weight depending on your needle size.
Metreage: 192 metres per 100gm hank
Texture: Plied
Gauge: 18-22 sts = 10 cm swatch. We highly recommend swatching to ensure correct size, fit and quantities of yarn to purchase.
Needles: 4.5mm-5.5mm or as needed for project and gauge
Care: Gentle cycle machine wash in cold water. Do not tumble dry.
Rios is kettle-dyed in small batches of 10 skeins by artisan dyers and is full of subtle variation and beauty. We suggest buying enough in the same dyelot batch to complete your project as skeins may vary from bag to bag. To ensure random color distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball.
Colours: All cameras and computer monitors show the colours slightly differently, especially blues and reds. Malabrigo Yarns are small dyelot batches and can vary considerably.

If the goods you have ordered are in stock then we will package and dispatch them the day of order. If the goods are out of stock then we will order them from the New Zealand manufacturer. This usually takes no more than 4 days, any longer and we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date.

If you wish to return an item please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the package. Postage costs of returning items will be at your own expense, unless an item is faulty. Returned items must be unworn and in the original condition with swing tags attached.
